We highly recommend IPCSA members attending the meeting to stay at the Rove Expo City Hotel. This hotel, located in Dubai Expo City, offers the convenience of being close to our meeting venue. However, should you wish to explore the city further, Dubai boasts a wide variety of excellent hotel options to enhance your stay.

Few tips on practical information:
**Airport to Rove Hotel**: For those of you staying at the Rove Hotel, access to Rove Expo is currently available via the following routes:
– **Metro**: Arrive at the Expo 2020 metro station (exit 3), and proceed directly to the hotel.
– **By Car/Taxi**: Arrive at Expo City via the VSA 3 entrance near the Sustainability Pavilion. Follow this link for the correct location: [Google Maps Link](https://maps.app.goo.gl/LMLWXMzDFxKLFub46). Once inside Expo City, follow Exhibition Blvd.
**WhatsApp Group**: We have created a WhatsApp group for informal and social communication for all IPCSA Members Meeting attendees. To join the group, use the QR code available on IPCSA Community at: https://www.ipcsa.community/calendar_events/774
**Arrival and Departure**: We are not organising any transfers. However, you can post your arrival and departure times on the WhatsApp group and share the ride with members arriving at the same time. Share the ride and be sustainable!
**Rove Hotel Location**: The Rove Hotel is located within Expo City and is just a 10-minute walk from the DP World Pavilion.
For those staying outside Expo City, please note that the Dubai Metro Red Line connects various city locations to the Expo 2020 station, situated in the heart of Expo City Dubai. However, the metro station is quite a distance from the DP World Pavilion. The nearest metro station to the DP World Pavilion in Dubai is the Dubai Investment Park Metro Station 1, which is a 15-minute walk away. Little cabs are available for this distance, costing between 1 – 2 USD. **Dinner** There will be a dinner kindly hosted by Dubai Trade on the 29th at 19:00 p.m.
**Dress Code**Please note that the dress code for the meeting is business smart, and the dress code for the dinner is business casual.
