Most convenient travel routes / connections for international travels
1. Plane: Tangier has an international airport with connections to major European cities, such as Paris, Madrid, Frankfurt, Rome, Amsterdam, Brussels. Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport (TNG) is just 7.5 miles from the city. Additionally, Tangier and Casablanca are linked by a daily flight, and a TGV station in Tangier enables a connection to Casablanca in just 2 hours and 10 minutes.
2. Train: Trains from cities such as Casablanca, Marrakesh, Fez arrive at Tanger Ville rail station each day. All recommended hotels are within walking distance to the Tanger Ville rail station. Link for booking:

3. Car: If you’redriving from Spain, take the ferry from Tarifa to the Port of Tangier or from Algeciras to the Tanger-Med port.
Flying to Malaga and driving from Spain is also an option for international travellers

Transfer between Tangier and Tanger Med
Transfer between Tangier city and Tanger Med on meeting days will be organised by our host – Tanger Med Port Authority. Pick up and drop off place will be Hilton Garden in / or Tanger Ville rail station (4 – 5 min walk from Hilton Garden in).
Tanger Med Port visit
Your passport number is required for Port tour that will be organised on May 15th between 15.00 and 17.00 p.m. After the port tour transfer back to Tangier city will be organised.

Tanger Med WhatsApp group for social communication
We invite members to join the “IPCSA Members meeting in Tanger Med WhatsApp group” for communication while traveling and social during your stay. IPCSA events are all about Community. You can share information on arrivals, going out, dinner arrangements, sightseeing etc.
