CEI.BA is a private company, managing the Port Community System in Guadeloupe, French WestIndies, for both maritime and air transportation.

CEI.BA has long been committed to advancing streamlined, efficient, and secured port and airport operations with more than 20 years of experince and expertise.

In 2002, CEI.BA implemented the first PCS in the Caribbean, ADEMAR, developed by SOGET from Le Havre.   In 2007, CEI.BA moved to AP+ technology and extend our operations to air transportation.  Since 2024, CEI.BA is operating the S)ONE Port Community System, also developed by SOGET.

CEI.BA has been an active participant in the digital transformation of ports and supply chain ecosystems, in the Caribbean and Latin America region.

CEI.BA is  a member of the Caribbean Shipping Association (CSA) and the Port Management Association of the Caribbean (PMAC). At the CSA , CEI.BA expert is the chairperson of the Digitalization and Data Gathering Committee.

CEI.BA’s team of experts has contributed to the implementation of the Jamaica PCS  and play an important role into the PCS being implemented in Trinidad and Tobago.

In partnership with SOGET Le Havre, CEI.BA offers its expertise and experience to the Caribbean ports and airports shipping communities.
