Award-winning KL-Net joins International Port Community Systems Association
The International Port Community Systems Association (IPCSA) has welcomed the Republic of Korea’s award-winning KL-Net as a new member.
Founded in 1994, KL-Net was created to improve the competitiveness of Korea’s national logistics sector by delivering various port community systems. As a government-appointed B2G operator, KL-Net has provided B2G Single Window services and B2B services to the maritime logistics industry for more than two decades.
“Recently we realised that we needed to extend our role to become a global player, to help domestic importers, exporters and logistics players become more efficient and competitive in carrying out their global trade,” said KL-Net’s planning and marketing manager, Hyunwoo Lee. “We are delighted to be a member of IPCSA, and hope we can share experiences and information to help each other.”
